What information will be needed for the application... (and how it's kept private)

Anything you submit over our website is 100 percent, fully secure. And we never, ever share it with anyone except by permission -- that is, if you're giving us information you want us to use to get you the best loan, we use that information to tell mortgage lenders about you and convince them to loan you money. In turn, those mortgage lenders are bound by federal law to keep your information secure.

Here is a list of the information mortgage lenders will use to consider your loan application.

For all loans

Thank you for allowing InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC to help you with your home financing needs. We will do our best to make sure this process is as brief and stress-free as possible. If you haven’t already, please schedule a time with me for your application interview. At our scheduled time, please have the following information handy:

  1. Residence addresses for every place you have lived for the last 2 years.
  2. Names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates employed, and salary amounts for all employers for all borrowers for the last 2 years.
  3. A telephone number we can call to verbally verify employment for each employer.
  4. Institution name, account number, and ending balance from most recent statement for all bank, investment and retirement accounts that you have.
  5. Account numbers, balances and minimum monthly payments on all active loans and credit cards.
  6. If you own other real estate, we will need the property address, loan balance, mortgage payment, lender name and rent received for that property.
  7. We will need Social Security numbers for all borrowers.
  8. If you are self-employed, please FAX your complete corporate and personal tax returns for the most recent 2 year period to us prior to our appointment. It may be necessary for us to review a year-to-date P&L as well; we will let you know after we review your returns.

As soon as we have completed the application interview and have received the following documentation, we will be able to submit your loan for approval. When we meet, please provide us with copies of the following documentation:

  1. Copy (all pages please) of your most recent 2 mos. statements from bank, investment and retirement accounts. (We will be happy to copy these for you if you choose!)
  2. Copies of your most recent 30-days worth of paystubs for each borrower.
  3. If you will be starting a new job, a fully executed copy of employment offer with your acceptance signature.
  4. W-2s for the last 2 years from all employers for all borrowers.
  5. If you have any rental property, we will need fully executed lease agreements.
  6. If applicable, copy of divorce decree(s).
  7. Documentation to support receipt of Social Security, child support, or alimony income.
  8. If applying for a VA loan, please bring DD214 & Eligibility Certificate if you have one.
  9. Please bring Social Security card for each borrower.
  10. If you receive commission, investment, or alimony income, we will need complete copies of your tax returns (all schedules please) for the previous 2 year period. Please include all corresponding 1099s and W-2s.
